Process
How we work
Small steps with measurable wins: one workflow at a time, live in weeks, with the hours saved counted before we suggest the next one.
Four steps, no leap of faith
Every engagement starts free and stays fixed-scope. Here is what each step gets you and how long it honestly takes.
Free audit
We start with a 30-minute call about how work actually moves through your business: what gets retyped, what gets chased, what only one person knows how to do. Then we write up a map of where the hours are leaking and what to automate first. No charge, no obligation, and the map is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
- What you get
- A written automation map: the workflows worth fixing, ranked by hours saved.
- How long it takes
- A 30-minute call, with the written map a few days later.
Pilot one workflow
We pick the workflow with the clearest payoff and build that one automation end to end. You approve a fixed scope and a fixed price before we write a line of anything. No retainers, no open-ended discovery phase, no platform migration.
- What you get
- One automation running on real work, with the before-and-after hours measured.
- How long it takes
- Typically live in 2-4 weeks, depending on the workflow.
Roll out and train
Your team takes over. We walk them through running the workflow day to day and document everything in plain English: what it does, what to check, what to do when something looks off. If a step only makes sense with us in the room, we rewrite it until it does not.
- What you get
- A plain-English runbook and a team that runs the workflow without calling us.
- How long it takes
- Usually a week or two alongside the pilot going live.
Support and iterate
Automations touch real systems, and real systems change. We monitor what we built, fix what breaks, and flag the next opportunity when the numbers from the pilot make the case for it. You decide if and when there is a next project.
- What you get
- Monitoring, fixes, and an honest read on what is worth automating next.
- How long it takes
- Ongoing, month to month, cancel whenever.
What working with us feels like
Async is in the name for a reason. The automations run in the background, and so do we.
Async first
We work in the background and send short written updates you can read in a minute. No standing meetings, no meeting marathons, no status calls that could have been a paragraph.
Fixed scopes
You see the scope and the price in writing, and you approve before we build. If something new comes up mid-project, it gets its own written scope, not a surprise invoice.
Everything documented
Every workflow ships with a runbook in plain English. Nothing lives only in our heads, so you are never stuck waiting on us to understand your own systems.
